MOX is currently under development. This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used by the current public website and will be updated before additional technologies are activated.

1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small pieces of data that a website may store in a user’s browser.

MOX may also use similar technologies, such as localStorage, where they are necessary for the website to function or to retain settings selected by the user.

This Cookie Policy explains which of these technologies are used on the current MOX website and for what purposes.

2. Current Status

MOX is under development.

The current public website does not have confirmed use of optional analytics, advertising, or retargeting cookies.

As new functions are launched, this document will be updated before additional technologies are activated.

4. Theme Preference

The MOX website stores the selected light or dark theme in the user’s browser using localStorage under the key mox-theme.

Its purpose is to retain the presentation selected by the user between visits.

This setting is not used for analytics, advertising, or creation of a user profile. It normally remains in the browser until the user deletes it or changes the setting.

After user accounts are activated, MOX may use technically necessary session cookies to:

6. Analytics

At this stage, the use of third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Matomo, or PostHog is not confirmed.

MOX does not claim that these tools are connected. If optional analytics is introduced in the future, it will be activated in accordance with applicable consent requirements, and this Cookie Policy will be updated beforehand.

7. Advertising and Tracking

The current public MOX website does not have confirmed use of Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking, retargeting pixels, or other advertising tracking technologies.

Before any such technology is introduced, the required consent-management mechanism will be implemented where required by law.

8. External Media

MOX currently does not use embedded YouTube or Vimeo players on the public website.

Videos are delivered locally from MOX infrastructure. Viewing these videos normally does not establish a connection to YouTube or Vimeo.

If external media services are introduced in the future, this document will be updated before they are activated.

9. Local Fonts

The web fonts used on the MOX website are hosted locally.

The website does not establish a connection to Google Fonts to load them. Therefore, under the current MOX implementation, Google Fonts does not set cookies or receive a font-loading request from the user’s browser.

MOX currently does not use confirmed optional analytics or advertising technologies requiring a separate consent-management solution.
