Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
MOX is currently under development. This policy reflects the current processing of personal data and will be supplemented before the public launch as the production infrastructure and additional services are finalized.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is:
Lilia Tissen
Nellenburgstrasse 24
78576 Emmingen-Liptingen
Germany
Email: hello@mox.vision
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the public MOX website and the processing of personal data connected with its current functions. Third-party websites linked from MOX are governed by their own privacy information.
3. Current Development Status
MOX is in development. Some platform, account, payment and production-infrastructure functions are not yet active or finally configured. This Policy describes the current state and identifies matters that will be specified before activation.
4. Website Access and Technical Data
When the website is accessed, technical data may be processed to deliver the website, maintain stability and security, and diagnose errors. This may include the IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and device information, operating system, response status, and error or security information.
The final production hosting provider has not yet been specified. The relevant provider information and applicable processing details will be added before public Beta.
5. Contact by Email
If you contact MOX by email, the information you provide, including your email address and message content, is processed to handle and respond to your request. The email provider for the production launch has not yet been finally specified.
6. Local Storage of Interface Settings
The website may store interface settings, such as the selected light or dark theme, locally in your browser. This information supports your chosen presentation and is not used to track you across unrelated websites.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
MOX does not currently confirm the use of third-party analytics or advertising cookies. Technically necessary browser storage may be used for requested settings or essential functions. Before any non-essential technology is activated, this Policy and, where required, the consent mechanism will be updated.
8. Videos and External Media Services
MOX currently does not use embedded YouTube or Vimeo players on the public website. Available video material is delivered directly from the website infrastructure as local video files.
Therefore, viewing these videos normally does not establish a connection to YouTube, Vimeo, or other external video platforms.
If MOX uses external media services in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before they are activated. Where necessary, external players will be loaded only after an appropriate user action or consent.
9. Fonts
The fonts used on the MOX website are hosted locally on the website infrastructure.
When the website is displayed, no connection to Google Fonts is established to load the web fonts in use.
10. Accounts and Platform Functions
Public account registration and the final authentication architecture are not yet confirmed as active production functions. Before accounts are publicly activated, this Policy will describe the required account data, authentication process, purposes, legal bases, recipients, and deletion process.
11. User Files and Projects
The final production model for project persistence, object storage, backups, renders, and user uploads has not yet been specified. Before these functions are publicly activated, MOX will describe the processed data, storage locations, access controls, deletion behavior, and applicable retention periods.
12. AI Functions
MOX currently does not use external AI providers and does not transmit user content to external AI providers. MOX does not use user content to train publicly available AI models.
If AI functions involving additional processing are introduced, this Policy and any necessary feature notices will be updated before activation.
13. Analytics and Advertising
No confirmed third-party analytics or advertising technologies are currently used on the public website. If such technologies are introduced, this Policy and the applicable consent mechanism will be updated before activation.
14. Social Login
Sign-in through Google, Apple, or Microsoft is not currently connected. If social login is introduced, the providers, data categories, purposes, legal bases, and transfer details will be disclosed before activation.
15. Payments
Stripe has been selected as the payment provider for the future launch of paid functions. The intended primary currency is EUR. Live payment processing is not currently confirmed as active.
Before live payments are activated, this Policy will be supplemented with the relevant Stripe entity, categories of data, payment processing and invoicing details, retention information, and any international transfers.
16. Recipients and Service Providers
Personal data is disclosed only where necessary for providing requested functions, complying with legal obligations, protecting legitimate interests, or where valid consent has been given. The final production list of processors and other recipients has not yet been approved and will be added before public Beta where required.
17. International Data Transfers
The specific countries in which production processing may occur have not yet been finally determined. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, MOX will implement the legally required safeguards and provide the relevant information before such processing begins.
18. Retention Periods
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant processing purpose or to meet legal obligations. Data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required, unless statutory retention or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims requires continued storage.
Before public Beta, specific retention rules will be defined for accounts, deleted accounts, user files, renders, backups, security logs, audit logs, support requests, billing documents, failed uploads, and consent records.
19. Security
MOX uses appropriate technical and organizational measures proportionate to the current development stage and processing risks. Security measures will be reviewed and expanded as the production infrastructure is finalized. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
20. Requirement to Provide Data
You are generally not legally required to provide personal data when browsing the public website. Certain information may be technically necessary to deliver the website or respond to a request. Future account or paid functions may require additional data, which will be identified before collection.
21. Automated Decision-Making
MOX does not currently use solely automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects users.
22. Your Rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. You may contact hello@mox.vision to exercise your rights.
23. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. In Germany, you may contact the authority competent for your place of residence, workplace, or the alleged infringement.
24. Minors
MOX is not currently directed specifically at children. If future functions require age-related rules or parental authorization, the relevant information and safeguards will be provided before activation.
25. External Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites. MOX does not control their content or data processing. Please review the privacy information of the relevant third party when following an external link.
26. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical, or product changes. The current version and update date will be published on this page. Material changes will be communicated by an appropriate method where required.
